About
Why we stopped selling websites.
Anyone can launch a Shopify store now — a freelancer with AI tooling can do it in a week. So we built the agency around the part that still requires judgment, engineering depth, and accountability: what happens after launch.
How we work
Four principles behind every engagement
Baseline first, always
Nothing gets built until we've agreed on the numbers we're trying to move and recorded where they stand today. Day one of every engagement is measurement, not mockups.
Honest reporting, losers included
When a change doesn't move the number, you hear about it from us — with a rollback plan. Our case studies name the tests that lost, because credibility built on selective reporting isn't credibility.
Boring technology, when it wins
We'll recommend headless, custom apps, or AI only when the business case is real — and tell you plainly when a native Shopify feature or 200 lines of code does the same job for a tenth of the cost.
Useful before we're hired
Our public audits and articles give away the same thinking clients pay for. If our free material isn't valuable, you shouldn't trust the paid work either.
The team
Small team, senior only.
No account-manager layers, no juniors learning on your store. You work directly with the people doing the work.
Awais
Leads diagnosis and CRO. Spends most of his time in analytics, session recordings, and checkout data — finding the specific frictions costing a store revenue and deciding which ones to fix first.
Saquib
Owns custom features, integrations, and performance. Handles the hard technical work — ERP and systems syncs, Shopify Plus functionality, and theme-level speed — with maintainability as the priority, not duct tape.
Saif
Builds the support automation, content pipelines, and internal tooling. Focused on deploying AI where it measurably outperforms — and keeping humans on anything brand-critical.
